The Watchmen exist as a ministry born out of Calvary Chapel Lake Normans' Mens' Prayer group, which started over twelve years ago and is still continuing today. The Watchmen and PrepareYeTheWay.org exist to encourage men wherever they are to make a difference for Christ, to understand that God has called every man to be a watchman. We believe with strong conviction, having been convinced by God's Word, that all men are called to lead and love their families and all in their sphere of influence.  We know that we have been called to do so in word and in deed, through thick and thin, in and out of season and
at all times until Christ returns.
